Shipping policy

States authorized for direct shipment
Due to the ever changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may not be able to ship your wines, directly or indirectly, to you. We are prohibited from shipping to certain states, we cannot ship outside the United States, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If Dineen Vineyards is unable to ship directly to your state, we will be in touch with you directly via email. Current states that we cannot ship to include: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Rhode Island and Mississippi and Utah.
Each state that allows us to ship directly to consumers requires the signature, at the time of delivery, of a person of legal drinking age. Failure to produce age verification upon request forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order will be shipped back to us at your expense.

Shipping costs
Federal Express is Dineen Vineyards carrier of choice (Common carrier) and we ship via ground transportation.
You are responsible for all shipping charges unless we expressly agree otherwise. Shipping charges will be calculated during the on-line ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we sent the wrong item.

Wine is a delicate commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summers and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Dineen Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the Common Carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
