Winemaking Notes: Rhône variety white blends can have the unique combination of freshness and richness at the same time. We have discovered the secret to capturing that unique quality at Dineen Vineyards is by fermenting our Roussanne and Viognier together in equal parts. We fermented it this year in a combination of standard 225 liter barrels and large format 500 liter barrels to create additional complexity. Each barrel becomes a unique expression, and when we bring them all back together before bottling, the result is a complex combination of fruit and spice with richness that provides nearly endless food pairing options.

Vinification: Fermented and aged sur lie for 6 months in French oak
Technicals: 15.1% ABV, TA 5.0 g/L, pH 3.27
