Winemaking Notes: The color of the 2022 Syrah is deep and mysterious; just the beginning of its allure. On the nose, the aromas are layered including notes of black raspberry, black currant, and red plum, accompany subtle hints of vanilla and baking spice. The palate is a balance of velvety tannins, fresh acidity, and flavorful black fruits. Flavors of plum and blueberry take center stage, while nuances of graphite and sweet tobacco intrigue the taste buds. The finish is smooth, complex and refined. This wine may be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.
