Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay
Aging: Fermented and stored in stainless steel sur lees then aged for 12 Months in Neutral French Oak
Vintage Notes: The 2017 growing season was cooler and crop yields were significantly less than the previous two vintages. Lower temperatures delayed ripening and helped to retain fresh fruit aromatics and mouthwatering acidity. Despite cold winter conditions, 2017 gave us concentrated wines with classic Washington State character.
Tasting Notes: This golden-colored dry white wine exhibits aromas and flavors of apricots, almonds and some minerality. A long finish allows the flavors to linger on the palate. Suitable to drink now or to cellar.
