Varietal Composition: 100% Riesling
Winemaking: Slowly fermented at c. 50 Degrees F in stainless steel and fined & filtered before bottling.
Vintage Notes: 2018 was another stellar growing season and vintage in Washington. Warm spring temperatures were followed by mild conditions throughout the growing season allowing for extended hang time and flavor development. Warm fall days allowed for full ripeness and color, while cool Washington nights helped maintain crisp natural acidity
Tasting Notes: This wine is clean and crisp with high acidity and medium body. The wine flavors and aromas are of stone fruit, citrus, white flowers and some essence of petrol. This wine is ready to drink now.
