Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Franc
Aging: 15 Mos in 80% new and 20% Neutral French Oak
Vintage Notes: The 2017 growing season was cooler and crop yields were significantly less than the previous two vintages. Lower temperatures delayed ripening and helped to retain fresh fruit aromatics and mouthwatering acidity. Despite cold winter conditions, 2017 gave us concentrated wines with classic Washington State character.
Tasting Notes: This garnet colored wine is of medium intensity - both tannins and body. It smells and tastes of fresh blueberries, raspberries and vanilla. There is a hint of chocolate and violets on the nose. This wine is ready to drink now.
