Varietal Composition: 100% Viognier
Aging: 20 Months in Neutral French Oak
Vintage Notes: The 2017 growing season was cooler and crop yields were significantly less than the previous two vintages. Lower temperatures delayed ripening and helped to retain fresh fruit aromatics and mouthwatering acidity. Despite cold winter conditions, 2017 gave us concentrated wines with classic Washington State character.
Tasting Notes: This pale gold wine exhibits aromas of stone fruit, honeysuckle, tangerine, toasted bread and vanilla. On the palate, the flavors of apricot and citrus and a hint of minerality fill the mouth.
Recommended Food Pairings:

- Spicy flavors and Asian cuisine; in particular dishes with a hint of peach or apricot, echoing the flavors of the wine
- Also delicious with root vegetables including carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes and butternut squash
