Winemaking: Slowly fermented at c. 50 Degrees F in stainless steel and fined & filtered before bottling.
Vintage Notes: The 2019 is the most recent of a long string of good vintages for Washington. The growing season started slowly as winter lingered into spring but the consistently warm temperatures throughout summer brought things back on track. A warm autumn ensured that the grapes ripened fully and developed complex flavors. While the harvest was smaller than previous years, the grapes were ultra high in quality.
Tasting Notes: This clear, lemon-green colored wine is dry with medium acidity. Flavors are of green apple, peach and a hint of lime and minerality. To be enjoyed now.
