Winemaking: Slowly fermented at c. 50 Degrees F in stainless steel and fined & filtered before bottling.
Vintage Notes: The 2017 growing season was cooler and crop yields were significantly less than the previous two vintages. Lower temperatures delayed ripening and helped to retain fresh fruit aromatics and mouthwatering acidity. Despite cold winter conditions, 2017 gave us concentrated wines with classic Washington State character.
Tasting Notes: This Rhône-style white is a clean and clear pale lemon green color. The wine exudes aromas of granny smith apple, white flowers, honey and stone fruit. On the palate, peach and citrus flavors are prominent. This wine is ready to drink now. Owing to is fermentation in stainless steel, this dry white is a good choice to drink alone or with food.
