- Sourcing Barrels: Where do barrels come from, why does source matter and how much do they cost
- Coopering: How are barrels made and what is toast? What sensory characteristics do barrels give wine
- Using Barrels: How do winemakers care for barrels & use them to craft the perfect blend
- Smell & Taste! Sample a minimum of 3 wines at each winery including barrel samples and wine in bottle to compare & contrast as you learn
