Dineen Vineyards

Our Wines

While primarily focused on growing high quality fruit for select winemakers, Dineen Vineyards does produce a very limited quantity of estate grown and bottled wine under our own label.

First released in 2006 under the Dineen Vineyards label, our Estate wine is hand crafted by notable winemaker Scott Greer of Sheridan Vineyards.

  • 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon: $39.00 a bottle 1-5 / $34.00 a bottle 6+
A beautiful deep velvety red colour which is still very youthful. Aromas of dark berry fruits, figs and Italian plums with a hint of rosemary. The same sweet and juicy fruit comes across on the palate as well as a hint of fresh herbs. The wine exhibits a wonderful ripeness and well developed tannins. In the mouth it is smooth and balanced. It is ripe enough to enjoy it now but could also be aged. Pairs exceedingly well with dark chocolate.
  • 2011 Heritage Red: $35.00 a bottle 1-5 / $30.00 a bottle 6+
A deep ruby red color with a bouquet of red fruit, including bing cherry blackcurrant and black berry. A bit of banana and liquorice on the second nose. When tasting, the berry flavors are present as is a slight bit of leather. The wine also exhibits a nice natural acidity and pairs well with grilled meats, in particular beef and lamb.

Kamaikan Wines

  • 2013 Viognier $18.00 a bottle 1-5 / $16.00 a bottle
A pale golden-yellow wine with medium body. The bouquet mingles floral notes with apricot.  In the mouth, pear and citrusy lemon flavors keep the wine lively, clean and refreshing with a long finish.  Vinified and aged in stainless steel, this wine pairs well with Southeast Asian cuisines and dishes with bright and fruity flavors such as mango salsa served alongside grilled chicken or halibut.
  • 2012 Red $18.00 a bottle 1-5 / $16.00 a bottle 6+
